How do I return a product?
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 14-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unused portion for a full refund (including shipping).  To return product contact our customer service at (800) 750-7428  to obtain an RMA number.

* Product Trials are subject to billing for the purchase price of the product after the specified trial period. To prevent this billing, you must obtain contact customer service and cancel your account before the next scheduled billing cycle.
If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number first.

How do I cancel my order?
We believe in complete customer satisfaction.

We will only accept returns of 1 full product or product package.  In other words, if you send back multiple shipments of product to Sibu, you will only be eligible for a full refund (or partial refund if more the 21-days after shipment) for 1 product or product package. 
We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."

How was I enrolled in the auto-ship program?
Certain products have an installment billing feature or a negative option feature. For those programs, you will be shipped a new supply of fresh product every 30, or 60 days.  You will be billed in a single payment with each shipment or monthly installment. This information was provided on the terms and condition page for the product ordered.  In a negative purchase agreement, you must opt out of receiving scheduled product billing by cancelling your account.  To cancel please contact customer service at (800) 750-7428.

When will my credit card account be charged?
Your credit/debit card will be charged when your order ships or an installment is due (14 days after shipment of   the product in the case of a “product-trial period”). Credit card charges will be shown on your monthly credit card statement. Debit card charges will be deducted directly from your bank statement. If you are paying by installment, each credit card installment will be posted to your credit card statement when the installment is charged; each debit card installment will be deducted from your bank account when the installment is charged.

Am I responsible for bank overdraft fees?
Yes, you are responsible for bank fees associated with the use of your card.

Why do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to an address in Utah.
 When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 5 to 10 business days after your order has been processed.  Most orders are shipped within one business day but, please allow 2 to 4 business days to process your order. This allows enough time to process your credit card payment through your financial institution.

If your order does not arrive within 30 days, there may be a problem due to inventory backorder or a problem with the mailing address.

Who will deliver my package?
Orders will be delivered via UPS Ground unless you select express shipping.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, which will include your Tracking Number. To track your order, go the carrier site at www.ups.com and enter your tracking number.
If your order does not arrive within 30 days, there may be a problem due to inventory backorder or a problem with the mailing address.  

What if my product was damaged?
Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged product until you have contacted our customer service representatives at (800) 750-7428. We will ship a replacement order out to you as soon as possible.

What if my order was never received, even if it was reported as delivered?
If for any reason you never received your product within 10 days from ordering, please contact our customer service support at (800) 750-7428   immediately as we will be more than happy to assist you with the problem.

Where is my replacement or refund?
Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. Allow 10 business days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit card. Please keep in mind the customer's bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received; hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the customer's bank posts our refund.
Note: If you should receive the original order in the meantime, please let us know, and kindly return the extra shipment to our warehouse. We thank you for your cooperation and patience.

How do I track my package?
You will receive an email with a UPS tracking # on all shipments.  You call contact our customer service if you did not receive your tracking # and they will be happy to provide that for you.  If you do not receive your package within 10 days of ordering, please contact Sibu customer service at (800) 750-7428.
 
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Sibu charges a flat shipping rate for all customers in the US.  This rate is usually equal to or less than the shipping cost we will incur.  This is not a profit center for us. 

Do you accept international orders?
We ship anywhere in the US and Canada.  Shipping to any other countries is not currently available.

110% Pricing Satisfaction Guarantee:
Sibu Beauty guarantees that you will not find an “inside-outside” beauty system for a better price on the internet.  If you do, let us know and we will send you a check for the price difference PLUS 10% of the price difference in addition.  In other words, if you find similar beauty system with 4 similar products (see below) that has an advertised price (including taxes and shipping) that is $20 less than this Sibu Beauty “re-bill” price of $69.97, Sibu will send you a check for $22.  Only Sibu Beauty customers that have been billed the advertised $69.97 price for this product package are eligible to receive a “Satisfaction Guarantee” reimbursement check.
Simply call customer service (800) 750-7428   and provide the proof of the competitor’s advertised price, and we will send you the check.
